The faculty's foreign exchange coordinator assists students and teaching personell with the faculty's international matters.

She provides data on the progress of the institutes' internationalization, advises university instructors on possibilities of the acquisition of third-party funds for international undertakings and supports them in international projects.

Moreover, she provides counsel for Bamberg university students who have completed stays abroad in matters concerning the recognition and transfer of credits earned during such stays, with special regards to the conversion of grades.

Lastly, the foreign exchange officer is responsible for the concerns of international students for general advisory services and for coordinating their learning agreements at the faculty.
