Graduation Ceremony

Semi-annually, the Faculty of Information Systems and Applied Computer Science organises a graduation ceremony for its graduates. We cordially invite all graduates who have completed their degree by the respective deadline. If you would like to attend the event, please make a binding registration.

Following the graduation ceremony, we invite you to a champagne reception in the foyer of the ERBA building. We are planning for the entire event to last approximately 2.5 hours.

Due to the spatial conditions, we have to limit the number of accompanying persons to a maximum of 4 persons per graduate. For better planning, we kindly ask you to indicate the number of accompanying persons when registering. If you would like to invite your parents to the graduation ceremony and they require a visa, please contact Ms Rose Fleck at the Dean’s Office for Studies (Studiendekanat). She will issue an official letter of invitation for visa purposes. Please send an e-mail to studiendekanat.wiai(at)uni-bamberg.de.
