Paper Submission

Submissions will be handled through Easy Chair. Contributions should be submitted in the form of extended abstracts (max 2 pages) as PDF files to Easy Chair (for which an Easy Chair account is needed). The first page of the submitted material must contain authors’ affiliations and, at least, three keywords.In case of co-authored research, the submitter will be assumed to be the presenter, unless differently specified. Only one paper per presenter is allowed. The submission system opens on January 15, 2024.

  • Deadline for submissions: February 29, 2024
  • Notification of acceptance:  March 31, 2024

The procedure for submission is the following:

1. Create an EasyChair account, if you do not have one yet
2. Follow the submission link https://easychair.org/my/conference?conf=wehia2024 and log in
3. Click on "make a new submission"
4. Fill out the submission form, upload your abstract and click on "Submit"

Registration and Fees

Participants who wish to present a paper must register and pay the submission fee by April 15, 2024.

  • Fee for regular participants: 450 EUR
  • Fee for currently enrolled (PhD) students: 375 EUR

Those who wish to attend the conference without presenting a paper must register by email.
