Studierende, die eine Dienstverpflichtung zum freiwilligen Wehrdienst oder zum Bundesfreiwilligendienst ableisten, können aus diesem Grund einen Antrag auf Beurlaubung stellen.

Vorzulegende Unterlagen:

• Antragsformular(298.1 KB)
• nachzuweisen durch eine Dienstbescheinigung

Der Antrag auf Beurlaubung kann persönlich, auf postalischem Weg oder eingescannt per E-Mail innerhalb der hochschulrechtlich veröffentlichten Fristen in der Studierendenkanzlei gestellt werden.

Federal Volunteer Service

Students who have a service obligation for voluntary military service or federal voluntary service may apply for a leave of absence for this reason.

Documents to be submitted:

• Leave of absence request form(317.2 KB)
• to be proven by a certificate of service

You may submit your request for a leave of absence either in person, in writing to the Registrar´s office or via E-Mail. Please note the deadlines.
