General guidelines
The Chair of Statistics and Econometrics offers a wide range of options for choosing a thematic focus for your thesis. The supervision services offered by the Chair of Statistics and Econometrics for final theses are generally open to all students who have completed compulsory and/or elective modules in statistics and econometrics in their bachelor's or master's degree programmes, have sufficient statistical knowledge equivalent to at least 12 ECTS credits (for bachelor's theses), and are proficient in at least one statistics software programme.
