Enter your private email address in the IAM portal (self-service settings for IAM)
Notes:
- One of the basic requirements for setting up Passkey is to enter a private email address in the IAM portal.
- You only need to provide your private email address if you are asked to do so when creating your passkey.
Enter your private email address
Open the IAM-Portal website and log in with your BA-Number and password via Selfservices with login.
After successfully logging in, click on the menu item Settings for IAM under Selfservices.

Enter your private email address in the Settings for the IAM form. A private mobile phone number may be provided optionally.
Click OK to finish the process and save the email address.
