Happy 30th Birthday, EHRM Programme! 🎉

Happy 30th Birthday, EHRM Programme! 🎉

What better way to celebrate its 30th birthday than by bringing students, universities, and companies (also virtually) together for the final presentations in Riga, Latvia, and a nice final dinner at the Latvian beach? đŸ‡±đŸ‡»

For several months, students from our chair at the University of Bamberg, together with students from our partner universities in Belgium, in Latvia, and in the Netherlands, have worked in international teams on projects with companies across Europe.

Through these projects, students tackled current HR challenges, developed practical solutions, and gained valuable experience in intercultural collaboration. German students worked on projects in Latvia, Belgium and the Netherlands, while students from our partner universities collaborated with BayernwerkAkademie, Shimadzu and SiemensHealthineers here in Germany.

A heartfelt thank you goes to all participating students for their dedication and enthusiasm. We would also like to thank our partner universities for the great collaboration and, most importantly, our participating companies for their trust, their openness, and for providing our students with meaningful real-world challenges.

The EHRM Programme is a great example of what international cooperation can achieve: students gain hands-on experience in consulting and intercultural teamwork, while companies benefit from innovative approaches to their HR challenges.

Would your company like to join the next EHRM 2027 cohort? 😉

We are always looking for organisations interested in collaborating with international student teams on exciting HR projects.

If you would like to learn more or explore a potential collaboration, we would love to hear from you!
