Leave of absence due to the exceptional burden of care giving of close relatives

Please submit the following documents:

  • Leave of absence request form(317.2 KB)
  • Medical certificate / proof, stating that care cannot be provided by a person other than the person on leave of absence (the original and a copy)
  • proof of care level

You may submit your request for a leave of absence either in person, in writing to the Registrar´s office or via E-Mail. Please note the deadlines.
