Leave of absence due to an internship

A leave of absence due to an internship outside the university can only be granted, if the internship lasts for at least six weeks during the lecture period.

Please submit the following documents:

  • Leave of absence request form(317.2 KB)
  • Work placement report (including information about type, place und duration of the internship) or
  • Internship contract (every page)

You may submit your request for a leave of absence either in person, in writing to the Registrar´s office or via E-Mail. Please note the deadlines.
