The respective Faculty Examining Board decides about deviate courses taken by students.

6. Research and Practice (0 - 16 ECTS credits)
Up to two modules corresponding each to 8 ECTS credits can be attended.
  • Internship I (8 ECTS credits)
  • Internship II (8 ECTS credits)
  • Research Project I (8 ECTS credits)
  • Research Project II (8 ECTS credits)
    • 480 hours of total work time should not be exceeded
    • At the end of an internship / a research project a paper (i. e. an activity report) has to be handed in
    • One of the modules may be replaced participating in an adequate, methodically applied, Summer School
7. Master Thesis and Colloquium (30 ECTS credits)

The topic of the master thesis should refer to at least one of the advanced module groups.
