Additional manpower for the VWL Institute: Christoph March joins our team as a private lecturer!

On November 24, 2021, the Otto-Friedrich-University of Bamberg granted Dr. Christoph March the authorization to teach in the field of economics. With immediate effect, he joins the Institute of Economics as a private lecturer.

Christoph March studied economic mathematics at the Friedrich Schiller University of Jena, received his doctorate in economics from the Technical University of Berlin in 2010, and completed his habilitation at the Technical University of Munich at the beginning of this year with a thesis in the fields of finance and information economics. His research articles have been published in leading international journals such as the American Economic Review, the Journal of Economic Theory, and the Journal of Economic Behavior and Organization. As an adjunct professor, he has already been teaching various courses in economic theory at our university since the summer semester of 2018. The Department of Economics is very pleased to continue the successful collaboration with Christoph March now on a new basis and in a strengthened bond.
