Completion Scholarships
Completion Scholarships are awarded for a one-year period, during which recipients are expected to complete and submit their doctoral thesis at the University of Bamberg. Eligibility is restricted to doctoral members of BAGSS towards the end of their doctoral studies. Prospective candidates have actively participated in the BAGSS qualification and course programme and have contributed to the BAGSS community prior to application. The Completion Scholarship amounts to 1,568.00 EUR per month. In addition, scholarship holders are provided with office space, necessary equipment and funds for conference travel (on application). Successful candidates will continue to work in Bamberg under the supervision of their existing supervisory committee.
