Successful completion of the doctoral thesis „Cities in Transition“

We are pleased to announce that Raghuveer Ramkumar has successfully completed his doctorial studies on 21.11.2025. His dissertation „Cities in Transition – Institutional Braches and Governance Transformations“ was prepared as an external doctoral project alongside his professional responsibilites at Atkins Réalis.
