Survey Method

The interesting and new aspect of the survey lies in the choice of method. By matching male graduates with comparable characteristics in terms of age, Abitur grade, degree programme, semesters abroad, internships, language skills, final grade, etc., new insights into the cause of the gender-specific differences in students' employability can be identified. The data collection is carried out by using questionnaires.

Approximately 50 small, medium and large companies will be included in the survey on a pro-rata basis.
