Recognition of examination achievements at German universities

You can get credit for examinations you have taken at another university in Germany for courses offered by our chair. Please check beforehand whether the content of the courses you have taken corresponds to that of our chair. Upon request, we will check the equivalence in terms of content, scope and requirements. Please submit the following documents (by e-mail):

  • Description of the course content (incl. duration, examination type and duration, ECTS credits) of the course at the other university.
  • Application for assessment of equivalence (completed in full)
  • copy of certificates
  • Application for offsetting (to be found on the homepage of the Audit Committee)
