  • Partinomic microanalysis line consisting of:
    • Thermogravimetric Analyzer: TGA 8000 (Perkin Elmer)
    • FT-IR Spectrometer: Spectrum Two (Perkin Elmer)
    • Gas Chromatograph: Clarus 680 (Perkin Elmer)
    • Mass Spectrometer: Clarus SQ 8T (Perkin Elmer)
  • FT-IR Mikroscope Spotlight 200i with FT-IR Spectrometer Spectrum Two (Perkin Elmer)
  • Light microscope: Olympus BX51 with Olympus U-RFT-T-Einheit for UV
  • Digital microscope: Keyence VHX-5000, with Makrolinse VH-Z00R (0,1 – 50x), Standard lens VH-Z20R (20 – 200x) and universal zoom lens VH-Z100R (100 – 1000x)
  • Scanning electron microscope: Philips XL40 with:
    • Energy dispersive spectrometry (EDS): Quantax 400 (XFlash-Detektor 5010) (Bruker)
    • Micro X-ray fluorescence spectrometry (µ-RFA): iMOXS/2 (Helmuth Fischer GmbH)

In addition, the usual equipment is available for sample preparation, e.g. for mortar analyses, etc.
