STRAT-O Programm

strat|o ist ein extracurriculares Zusatzprogramm für Top-Performer-Studierende an unserem Lehrstuhl. Die Kandidatinnen und Kandidaten werden auf Basis ihrer Leistungen und des Engagements in unseren Lehrveranstaltungen persönlich in das Programm eingeladen. 

Unser Ziel? Die besten Studierenden in unserem Fach sollten auch bestmöglich auf die Gestaltung der persönlichen Karriere vorbereitet werden. Deshalb fördern wir unsere strat|os mit Career-Coachings, Gastvorträgen aus der Konzern- und Beratungswelt, Case Study Workshops oder auch Mentorenprogrammen rund um das Thema Strategie und Organisation. Damit wollen wir ihnen zum einen das Handwerkszeug für die Bewerbungsprozesse in exklusive Arbeitsumfelder der Strategiearbeit (Konzernstrategie/ Beratung) an die Hand geben und sie zum anderen auch schon mit potentiellen Arbeitgebern vernetzen sowie durch die Workshops und Vorträge persönlich weiterentwickeln.

Für Unternehmen dient das Programm als Schnittstelle zu den besten Studierenden im Fach Strategie- und Organisation eines jeden Jahrgangs und somit hochqualifizierten zukünftigen Arbeitnehmern. 

Gerne unterhalten wir uns mit Ihnen über Möglichkeiten der Zusammenarbeit, beispielsweise in Form von Gastvorträgen, Unternehmensbesichtigungen, Projekten im Rahmen von Abschlussarbeiten oder auch direktem Mentoring.

STRAT-O program

Strat-O is an extracurricular enrichment program for top-performing students at our department. Candidates are personally invited to join the program based on their academic performance and engagement in our courses.

Our goal? The best students in our field should also be optimally prepared to shape their personal career paths. That's why we support our Strat-O participants with career coaching, guest lectures from the corporate and consulting world, case study workshops, and mentoring programs—all centered around the topics of strategy and organization. Our aim is twofold: to equip them with the tools needed for application processes in exclusive strategic work environments (corporate strategy/consulting), and to connect them with potential employers while also supporting their personal development through workshops and lectures.
