Iceland

Icelandic names consist of one or several first names and a patroynym - the name of the father and a suffix. For sons, it is -son, for daughters -dóttir.

As a result, patronyms can't be used like Western surnames. Doing so is just wrong. Icelandic people are addressed by their first name(s). Therefore, when talking about Icelandic players, the full name should be used to identify them properly.

Nigeria

Unfortunately, we don't have soundfiles for all Nigerian player.

You are a native speaker or you are from Nigeria and would like to contribute?
