Talk at AISoLA 2026
The International Conference on Bridging the Gap Between AI and Reality (AISoLA) took place on Kos, Greece, from October 27 to 31, 2026. It was co-located with the International Symposium on Leveraging Applications of Formal Methods, Verification, and Validation (ISoLA).
On October 30, Prof. Dr. Markus Rickert gave the talk “Repairable Grounding of Shared Action in Human-Robot Interaction” in the track “Foundations of Robust Generative AI in Human Cyber-Physical Systems.” The track addressed the robust use of generative AI in systems where people, software, and physical components interact, including robotics and industrial automation.
Prof. Rickert discussed how descriptions and action recommendationsgenerated by AI models can be incorporated into collaboration with humans. He drew on work on multimodal human-robot interaction, explaining how task knowledge and situationalcontext can be used to assess such recommendationsand revise them through clarification or correction.
