Direction

You reach the Noddack House in the courtyard of the Faculty of Human Sciences on Markusplatz.

By train:

Take the ICE or RE to Bamberg main station. From the station forecourt, take bus number 940, 941, 957 or 995 to the Markusplatz stop.

By plane:

The nearest international airport is Nuremberg Airport. From there you can take the U2 subway line to Nuremberg main station in 12 minutes, where you can take the train to Bamberg. For international journeys, connections via Frankfurt/Main Airportor Munich Airport are often better. From Frankfurt Airport, ICE trains go directly to Würzburg, where you change to Bamberg. From Munich Airport, the S-Bahn takes you to Munich Central Station and the ICE trains without changing to Bamberg.

By car:

From the A70, exit 15-Hallstadt on B4, turn left onto Bamberger Straße/B4/St2190, turn right onto Magazinstraße, left onto Margaretendamm, drive along Löwenstraße to Markusplatz.
