Nikola Finze

External Doctoral Candidate

Nikola Finze is a research associate at the Center for Research on Service Science (CROSS) at Neu-Ulm University of Applied Sciences and an external doctoral candidate at the University of Bamberg. Prior to her master studies in Business Information Systems at the University of Mannheim, she completed a bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and in Business Information Systems at the University of Augsburg. During and after her studies she worked in various companies in project management, data warehouse consulting, and ERP/CRM projects, among others.

In her dissertation research, she shows how the digital transformation affects individual and organizational identities and what the change of identities entails.
