At the University of Bamberg, the University Sport Departments offers a diverse range of courses—from team sports and fitness to relaxation and outdoor activities. You can easily fit many of these courses into your schedule.

Stay active – even outside of University Sports

Even outside of the courses, you can easily incorporate exercise in your everyday life: short walks between lectures, biking instead of taking the bus, studying while standing, or doing small mobility exercises in between. You can find many short workouts and exercise ideas online that fit well into your breaks.
