SCRL research network participates in research project on IT security in the field of mobility.
The University of Bamberg receives €4 million in funding from the Federal Ministry of Education and Research to research IT security in the field of mobility as part of the "Explainable anonymization of intermodal mobility data" (explanym) research project. The SCRL research network brings in its expertise, including Professor Dr. Daniela Nicklas, holder of the Chair of Computer Science, particularly Mobile Systems at the University of Bamberg and head of the explanym project. The goal is to develop explainable anonymization techniques for mobility data to ensure data protection, adapt transport services to the needs of users and develop new applications in the field of medical care.
