Brief biography
Dev Choudhury is a research associate at the University of Bayreuth at the chair of microeconomics after having worked as a postdoctoral research associate at the university of Bamberg. Kangkan completed his PhD from the University of Duisburg-Essen in September 2021, where he was employed with the chair of Microeconomics, Mercator school of Management, Campus Duisburg. Prior to that he was in the Ruhr Graduate School of Economics (RGS Econ). His primary research interest is the dynamics of strategic interactions, with applications to political economy and industrial organization. His secondary research interests are environmental and experimental economics.
Kangkan holds a Master's degree in Economics from Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi and a Bachelor's degree in engineering from NIT, Trichy (India).
