Interaction Lab
the worklab® - The interaction lab
The interaction laboratory of the Chair of Work and Organizational Psychology (the worklab®) offers a wide range of opportunities to study the experiences and behavior of individuals in social interactions (e.g., in leadership settings, interactions with digital tools).
In the interaction lab (the worklab®), various measurement methods can be combined, including emotion recognition from facial expressions (Facial Action Coding System (FACS)) and electrodermal activity (EDA). This equipment enables comprehensive, precise analysis of people's reactions to various stimuli (e.g., leadership behavior, speeches).
The lab is available for basic research projects, evaluations, and application-oriented studies. Typical areas of application include investigating the impact of speakers, analyzing products and advertisements, and conducting usability tests of websites and apps.
Studies are conducted on site or online. The interaction lab is available to researchers, students, and external partners.
