Interaction Lab
the worklab® - The new interaction lab for research and contract work
The interaction laboratory of the Chair of Work and Organizational Psychology (the worklab®) offers a wide range of opportunities to study the experiences and behavior of individuals in social interactions (e.g., in leadership settings, interactions with digital tools).
In the interaction lab (the worklab®), different measurement methods can be combined, including emotion recognition via facial expressions (Facial Action Coding Systems (FACS)), electrodermal activity (EDA), and eye tracking (upon request). This equipment enables a comprehensive and precise analysis of people's reactions to various stimuli (e.g., leaders, speeches, products, apps).
The lab is available for basic research projects, evaluations, and application-oriented studies. Typical areas of application include investigating the impact of speakers, analyzing products and advertisements, and conducting usability tests of websites and apps.
Studies are conducted on site or online. The interaction lab is available to researchers, students, and external partners.
