Our courses are designed to combine theoretical knowledge with practical experience to ensure that our students not only understand the basics, but also acquire the skills to apply them successfully. In addition, we teach content that may be relevant not only to students, but also to potential partners in the field.

  • Mental health in the workplace
    Sustainable work design that promotes mental health is becoming increasingly important. In this seminar, participants analyze the needs of a partner company and develop a customized training program to promote mental health in the workplace.
  • Change Management – Challenges and opportunities
    Changes in the world of work require increasing adaptability. This seminar teaches the change management process and puts it into practice using participants' own projects.
  • Performance Management in Teams (ProMES)
    The aim of production management is to win over employees to the goals and strategies of an organization and motivate them to continuously work toward its success. In this seminar, students take on the management of a department in a fictional company, go through the ProMES process, and reflect on their own experiences in the process.
  • Human Resources Management in the Digital Age
    The seminar deals with modern personnel selection strategies. The content is reinforced using best practice examples and practical cases from the instructors.
  • Coaching in the workplace
    Coaching aims to promote personal and professional growth. This seminar explores this increasingly relevant field from both a theoretical and practical perspective. Participants apply coaching methods in regular peer coaching sessions.

Theses on topics related to occupational and organizational psychology in cooperation with companies are also welcome. The professorship team is available to answer any questions regarding cooperation.
