Anabel Walia

M.Sc. Business Administration

Anabel Walia is an external doctoral candidate at the Chair of Information Systems, in particular Health and Society in the Digital Age.

She completed her bachelor’s degree with a focus on Marketing and International Management at Ingolstadt University of Applied Sciences and Oxford Brookes University. For her master’s degree, she studied at the University of Regensburg and Dublin Business School, concentrating on Management & Leadership and Marketing. During this time, she received scholarships from, among others, the German Academic Scholarship Foundation, the Max Weber Program, and the Hanns Seidel Foundation.

During her studies, she completed internships at ProSiebenSat.1 and Audi and worked as a student assistant in the field of e-learning. Before and after her studies, she worked full-time as an administrative officer and project manager and is now employed as Marketing Director at 247FactoryNet in Ingolstadt. In parallel, she takes on teaching assignments, most recently at Ingolstadt University of Applied Sciences.

In her research, Anabel focuses primarily on the impact of new technologies (in particular generative artificial intelligence) within organizations.
