In the BSc. (Bachelor of Science Program) students are acquire essential and fundamental knowledge in general and applied developmental psychology across the lifespan. They also learn how to gain developmental-psychological knowledge and how analyze conditions that influence human development.

In the MSc. (Master of Science Program) students engage with key theoretical and application-oriented questions in developmental psychology across the lifespan. Students learn about developmental processes in areas such as cognition, well-being, personality, and social relationships. Developmental influences are examined on multiple temporal levels and from different theoretical perspectives. The main research focus of the chair is on investigating individual developmental trajectories and their determinants across the lifespan.
