This semester, we are developing a Salesforce Agentforce prototype with Compeople AG. 

Registration is open from October 5, 2026 (10:00 a.m.) to October 12, 2026 (6:00 p.m.) via FlexNow.

The Information Systems project course “Systems Development” is being offered by the IIS Chair during the winter semester 2026/27. The project is supported by Compeople AG as an industry partner.

This semester, students will develop an Agentforce prototype, primarily as a low-code application in Salesforce. They will learn how to translate complex business requirements into scalable CRM data models and how to implement AI-supported customer service and sales processes in a practical setting — ranging from automated application reviews to customized sales pitches.

In addition to the regular course grade, there is also the opportunity to receive a certificate issued by the chair and Compeople AG, confirming the Salesforce skills acquired during the course.

The course takes place twice a week during the lecture period:

• Tuesday, 4:00–6:00 p.m., WE5/01.003
• Wednesday, 4:00–6:00 p.m., WE5/01.003

Overview

Based on elementary principles of system development projects, a fictional requirement specification sheet is provided by the “client”. On this basis, the participants carry out all phases of a system development project in self-organized teams. Methods and tools for project planning, modeling, software development and quality assurance are introduced and used. Regular feedback rounds and presentations of interim results take place during development. The project ends with the “delivery” and presentation of a software product for each team.
