Would you like to write your final-thesis at the Chair of Physical Geography?

The B11d Graduate Seminar will be offered for the first time by Prof. M. Brunn in the winter semester 2026/27.

The course is aimed at all students who wish to write a final thesis at the Chair of Physical Geography in the winter semester 2026/27 or the following summer semester 2027.

The seminar provides an introduction to writing academic theses, offering guidance on how to find a suitable topic, how to research and evaluate literature effectively, how to organise your material, and how to master reading strategies, academic argumentation, practical work in the laboratory or in the field, and the presentation of your work.

In addition, students will present their topics, research questions and progress in plenary sessions and discuss these together.

Join us – further details will be provided at the first session on tuesday ONLINE https://uni-bamberg.zoom-x.de/j/68049293164!
