Dear Students,

In the summer semester 2026, you once again have the opportunity to participate in the master’s module “Behavioral Finance – An Introduction and Current Issues.” Under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Petko S. Kalev, you will gain in-depth insights into the psychological factors that influence financial and investment decisions.

Why should you choose this module?

Understanding behavioral patterns in financial markets – Identify cognitive biases, heuristics, and framing effects that influence investment decisions.

Practical application – Learn how irrational behavior affects market movements and how companies and investors can make use of these insights.

International orientation – The module is taught in English and is open to international students (Erasmus program).
