Welcome Dr. Xiao Wu

Visiting scholar from China at the Department of Science Education

We are delighted to welcome Dr Xiao Wu from China to the Department of Science Education at Otto Friedrich University Bamberg for a one-year visit. She brings with her extensive expertise in teaching, research and international science communication.

Dr Wu has been an associate professor at Zhejiang International Studies University since 2014. Her main areas of expertise are physics and science education in primary and secondary schools. She studied physics at Shaanxi Normal University and East China Normal University and obtained her PhD in quantum and molecular photonics from the École Normale Supérieure de Cachan.

We look forward to working with her and to the interdisciplinary exchange!
