In addition, the software offers a comprehensive roles and rights concept to limit access rights to only strictly necessary persons. The manufacturer also guarantees that the legal data protection requirements are met and provides relevant updates in cases of alerations to the legal frameworks.

Registration is carried out via the University of Bamberg's Single Sign-on (SSO) method, ensuring that the underlying User Lifecylce and the regulations on password security remain in effect.
