Information on learning agreements and the crediting of services provided at other German universities

In the following, you will find the procedure for the recognition and recognition of benefits that have been provided abroad or at another German (Fach-) college.

A learning agreement is the prerequisite for the recognition of study and partial examination or full examinations abroad that is to say that you have recognised the achievements that you have obtained at a foreign university, at your home university. It allows you to replace certain events of your home university by events at a foreign university and gives you planning certainty.

We would also like to draw your attention to the offers of the Virtual University of Bavaria. Here you can attend online courses during your study (abroad), which are then credited in Bamberg. This allows you to further shorten your study time.

If you have already performed courses at another German university, which you think is equivalent to the courses of business administration, especially Human Resource Management and Organisational Behaviour, we are happy to check this.

If you have questions about your Learning Agreement, please contact exclusively:

Before studying abroad: Completing Learning Agreements

  • Syllabus, content overview and / or classification of the foreign course, which reflects an equivalence in the competences conveyed.
