BFC-B-03: Cases in Corporate Finance

Course Description

The module presents major concepts of entrepreneurial finance management as well as of capital market theory. Above all decisions under uncertainty, portfolio management, capital asset pricing model (CAPM) as well as the main features of corporate valuation will be discussed. Theoretical considerations will be discussed in greater detail on the basis of problems from corporate practice.
