Please note the following:

All fields marked with * are mandatory. Your postal voting request cannot be sent until all of these have been filled in!
A request for postal voting materials must be received by the Elections Office (postal address: Otto-Friedrich-Universität Bamberg, 96045 Bamberg) no later than 4 o’clock p.m. on Tuesday, 03 June 2025.
If you request postal voting materials and will pick them up from the Elections Office in person, an appointment must be made (by phone at 0951 863 1440 or by email at wahlamt(at)uni-bamberg.de).
Once you have requested postal voting materials, voting electronically via the election portal is no longer possible.
The completed postal voting documents (ballots) must be received by the Elections Office no later than 6 p.m. on the last day of the voting period, 1 July 2025. Ballots received later will not be counted.
