The SoWi Mentoring Program aims to connect Master’s students closely with professional practice already during their studies. The mentors are alumni of the faculty who now hold leadership positions and are willing to share their practical experience and provide guidance on academic and career-related decisions.

As only a limited number of mentors are available, the number of program placements is restricted and an application is required. Through the program, we aim to support SAS students, who…

  • will gain a clear added value in terms of social capital for their personal and professional development.
  • are actively engaged in and contribute to the ongoing development of the SAS program.

Selection is based on a motivation letter in which applicants can explain how they meet the two selection criteria above, as well as on their academic performance. The final decision on admission to the mentoring program is made jointly by the SAS program directors.

Applications must be submitted via the SoWi Mentoring Program website, where you will also find detailed information about the program structure and timeline.
