From July 8-12, 2023, our research assistant Caterina Rauh visited the conference "Pacific Asia Conference on Information Systems (PACIS 2023)" in Nanchang, China. She presented the paper "Can Gamification Help to Unlock the Full Potential of Preventive Returns Management Measures in E-Commerce? - A First Empirical Analysis", written together with Dr. Björn Asdecker, in the track "Digital Business".
