Prof. Dr. Eric Sucky and Caterina Rauh participated in the 8th International Conference on Advanced Research Methods and Analytics (CARMA 2026) from July 1 to July 3, 2026.

As part of the poster session, Prof. Dr. Eric Sucky and Caterina Rauh presented their study titled “Asymmetric Effects of Shipping and Return Policies: Evidence from a Randomized 2×2 Factorial Experiment” and discussed their findings with conference participants.
