On the occasion of the 13th Regional Conference of the European Marketing Academy ("EMAC"), which took place in Kaunas (Lithuania) from September 21 to 23, our research assistant David Karl presented his paper on "Return Policy Leniency Impacting Customers' Purchase Intention – A Viable Strategy for E-Tailers?", co-authored by Kilian Vornberger and Dr. Björn Asdecker.
