From June 25 to 27, Prof. Dr. Eric Sucky and Caterina Rauh attended the 6th Current Issues in Business & Economic Studies Conference (CIBES) in Valencia, Spain. During the conference, Caterina Rauh presented the paper "Cost Beats Convenience: Analyzing Consumer Preferences in Shipping and Return Policies." The paper examines consumer preferences regarding shipping and return policies in e-commerce.
