Business English FlexNow course allocation for SS 2022 is now complete.

FlexNow notification email

If you were expecting an email from FlexNow but have not received one, do remember to:

• check your spam folder
• check your FlexNow account—the phrase "fest angemeldet" indicates a course that you have been allocated to.

Timetable change

Three teaching groups have been cancelled:

• BEVI: Public Speaking, Thu 14-16 Soldo ... Kurs findet nicht statt
• BEVIII: Managerial Issues, Mon 08-10 Banerji ... Kurs findet nicht statt
• BEVIII: Managerial Issues, Mon 14-16 Banerji ... Kurs findet nicht statt

UnivIS will be updated to reflect the change.

Waiting list inquiries

If FlexNow allocated you to the waiting list, then go to the Wirtschaftsenglisch homepage.
 
Under the Important information section, read "FlexNow allocated me to the waiting list in SS 22. Now what?"

•    The waiting list VC is only made visible between Thursday 21 April 2022, 13:00 and Monday 25 April 2022, 10.30.

Late registration inquiries

Go to the Wirtschaftsenglisch homepage

Under the Important information section, read "Late registration in SS22". Then follow the instructions.
•    You can first make a late registration request on Friday 22nd April at 07:00.

Switching inquiries

Go to the Wirtschaftsenglisch homepage:

Under the Important information section, read “I need to switch my allocated course in SS 22”. Then follow the instructions.

• You can first make a switching request on Monday 25th April at 10:45.

Doublebooked by FlexNow

The Wirtschaftsenglisch departments does alert students to the risk of being double-booked by FlexNow.

Go to the Wirtschaftsenglisch homepage:

Under the “Important information” section, read “Step 1 - FlexNow Registration Selections in SS22” with particular reference to the heading “Make unique day/time selections”.

• Doing so will help you avoid being doublebooked by FlexNow in future semesters.

Then, also in the “Important information section”, read “I need to switch my allocated course in SS 22”. Follow the instructions.

• Note: You can first make a switching request on Monday 25th April at 10:45.
