HICSS 56: Bamberger BWL unterstreicht ihre Forschungsstärke auf Konferenz in Hawaii

 

Die Bamberger BWL unterstrich eindrucksvoll ihre Forschungsstärke auf der bedeutenden Fachkonferenz Hawaii International Conference on System Sciences – HICSS 56 (https://hicss.hawaii.edu/). "Since 1968, the Hawaii International Conference on System Sciences (HICSS) has been known worldwide as the longest-standing working scientific conferences in Information Technology Management. HICSS provides a highly interactive working environment for top scholars from academia and the industry from over 60 countries to exchange ideas in various areas of information, computer, and system sciences." Drei Lehrstühle der Fachgruppe BWL präsentierten ihre aktuellen Forschungsergebnisse in vier Vorträgen:

  • Vanessa Felch (Lehrstuhl für Produktion und Logistik): Do Procedure Models Actually Guide Maturity Model Design? A Citation Analysis (Author: Vanessa Felch),
  • Thomas Görtler (Lehrstuhl für Supply Chain Management): Designing Digital Platforms: A Synthetization of Relevant Design Topics for Business Models from a Literature Review (Authors: Thomas Goertler, Marcel Papert, Malou Schmidt),
  • Leonore Peters (Lehrstuhl für Vertrieb und Marketing): An Avatar a Day Keeps the Stress Away: The Implementation of Avatars as Technostress Relievers on Online Shopping Websites (Authors: Jasmin Feste, Leonore Peters, Michael Schirmer),
  • Christian Straubert (Lehrstuhl für Produktion und Logistik): Making Third-Party Sellers More Attractive – The Case of Amazon (Authors: Christian Straubert, Eric Sucky, Vanessa Felch, David Karl, Delia Altewischer).

Daneben war Alexander Pflaum (Lehrstuhl für Supply Chain Management) mitverantwortlich für den Track “The Digital Supply Chain of the Future: Applications, Implications, Business Models”.
