Prof. Astrid Schütz and Gal Slonim presented their research at pairfam international conference

Gal Slonim is visiting us from Tel Aviv. He completed his B.A. in Psychology and Criminology at Bar Ilan University and received his M.A. in Social Psychology from Haifa University. Gal serves as the 2014-2015 coordinator of the Association for Psychological Science (APS) Student Research Competition.

In September, Gal Slonim and Astrid Schütz attended the international pairfam conference in Cologne, where they presented longitudinal data examining changes in various domains of life satisfaction after men and women become parents. In his PhD research supervised by Prof. Schütz, Gal will explore what contributes to the self-esteem of single people.
