Short bio

Thomas Dobmeier joined the Professorship of Work and Organizational Psychology in July 2021 as a research associate. Previously he worked as a research assistant at the professorship .

He works as a research associate in the project PsyGesA: Psychological well-being in the work context. His research focuses on how individuals, teams, and organizations challenge recent demands under uncertain and novel conditions, such as the digital transformation and the changing work design, and their impact on well-being.

In 2018 Thomas completed his Bachelor in Psychology at the Leopold-Franzens-University in Innsbruck. Currently, he is finishing his Master’s in Psychology with a focus on Work and Organizational Psychology at the University of Bamberg.
