Elena Röder joined the Professorship of Work and Organizational Psychology in March 2022. She is working as a research associate on the project “PsyGesA”. She explores the topics of health at work and new ways of working in today’s organizations.

Elena studied psychology at the University of Erlangen–Nuremberg (Bachelor’s degree) and at the University of Bamberg (Master’s degree), focusing on the field of Statistical Methods and Work and Organizational Psychology.
