PUSh – Award of the University-wide Women's Representatives for Female Students with Outstanding Theses Every year, female students of all disciplines at the University of Bamberg who have written excellent theses (master’s thesis or Zulassungsarbeit) can apply for the PUSh Award. FORSCHEnde Frauen - Colloquium for Female Early-Career Researchers The colloquium 'FORSCHEnde Frauen' offers female early-career researchers a platform to present and publish innovative research that goes beyond their dissertation and Habilitation projects. Step by Step – Scholarships for Female Early-Career Researchers This is a funding initiative primarily for female early-career researchers in transitional phases of their careers. Female doctoral candidates in the final phase of their dissertation and female postdocs, Habilitation candidates, and PDs can be financially supported at every step toward a professorship. FeRNet - Female Research Network The mentoring program for female early-career researchers of all disciplines at the University of Bamberg. SPOT - Conference Funding for Female Early-Career Researchers Female postdocs (working on a Habilitation or not) and private lecturers can organize a conference through SPOT and are thus put in the spotlight of their discipline. Ziel:Habil – Scholarships for Advanced Postdocs As part of the official 2019-2023 target agreement, the University Executive Board supports female postdocs—after a positive interim evaluation of their Habilitation process—with scholarships of 12 months.
