Short Bio

Julia Hufnagl has been a fellow researcher at University of Bamberg (Professorship of Economics and Business Education, Prof. Dr. Silvia Annen) since 2022. She studied at Skagit Valley College (US), Georg-August University of Göttingen (Germany), Friedrich-Alexander University of Erlangen-Nuremberg (Germany) and Karl-Franzens University of Graz (Austria). After completing her vocational training as a bank clerk, she gained practical experience at the Burlington Chamber of Commerce (US) and several companies in Germany. In recent years she has held various positions at the universities in Göttingen, Nuremberg, and Nijmegen (Netherlands) as well as at the Leibniz Institute for Educational Trajectories in Bamberg. Her main research fields are migration and discrimination processes in VET.
