Registration is much cheaper for GTOT members, so you might want to consider becoming a member.

Yes, but not all entrances are barrier-free, so sometimes you will need to take detours or may need some guidance, which we will be happy to provide. Most local buses (a bus stop is right in front of the venue) are barrier-free.

Vegetarian and vegan food is available at the cafeteria. Allergenes are generally listed, but we can not guarantee that all food and drinks served there are free of allergenes. Helal food is not a big problem in Bamberg, while kosher food is not available.

Within the EU, you should should be able to transfer the money using our IBAN. If you transfer from a non-EU country, you will probably be charged an extra of about 30 Euro. Please make sure to ask your bank about this and add that amount to the transferred sum- otherwise, the bank will deduct it from your registration fee, which will thus remain incomplete.

Unless your money came back, you can assume that the transfer arrived. Please understand that we are not able to send individual confirmations of payment. You shall receive a confirmation of your payment along with your certificate of attendance at the conference venue.

This is only possible if you already applied with a second abstract in that language (some people sent two, and both abstracts were reviewed by our peer reviewers). If you sent only one abstract, we can unfortunately not change the language of your presentation title.

This is only possible if that person was accepted with an individual application. We cannot accept new applications at this point.

Yes, provided that the chair/discussant is either attending the conference anyway, or is willing to register as a non-presenting participant. The registration fee depends on his/her status (regular/student/GTOT member etc.)

We will only be able to tell you once the conference program is ready. In order to plan the program, we have to wait for the final registration deadline to pass (15 July). Please understand that the planning process will also take some time.

The first panels will start on Wednesday, September 19, at 2 PM. The official opening will be around 12 am/1 PM.
